The BYD Battery-Box HVM Plus 16.6 kWh is a complete high-voltage energy storage system consisting of six HVM Plus battery modules (2.76 kWh each) and one Battery Control Unit (BCU). The system is manufactured by BYD, a global leader in battery and energy storage technology.

Designed for residential and commercial photovoltaic installations with higher energy demand, this solution increases self-consumption, enhances energy independence, and optimizes electricity costs.

The set includes:

• 6 × BYD HVM Plus 2.76 kWh (V2) battery modules

• 1 × BYD Battery Control Unit (BCU)

Total system capacity is 16.6 kWh.

The lithium-ion technology and modular architecture allow expansion up to 22.1 kWh per tower. Up to three towers can be connected in parallel, enabling a maximum total capacity of 66.2 kWh.

The integrated Battery Management System (BMS) and BCU provide intelligent monitoring and automatic State of Charge (SOC) balancing, ensuring seamless system expansion without manual charge equalization.

The compact footprint and integrated handles support straightforward installation even in limited technical spaces. The system is compatible with leading inverter manufacturers and is covered by a 10-year manufacturer warranty.
